Maven Health and Wellness consists of a group of mental health professionals in Vancouver and Calgary that provide assessment and treatment services to the general public, insurance companies, lawyers and other third-party providers. We are dedicated to providing quality psychological services to adolescents and adults, as well as working with parents to help their children.

Therapy
Our approach to treatment empowers people to strive for change. The strategies you learn in therapy can continue to be used throughout your life, far beyond the short amount of time it takes to learn them.
Our therapy services focus on providing treatment for anxiety, depression, and related psychological problems. Additionally, individual therapists have expertise with a number of other problems.
We provide therapy to adolescents and adults, as well as to children by teaching parents effective treatment strategies.
Assessment
Our psychologists have specialized training and expertise in the assessment of psychological problems and related issues.
We are able to answer questions regarding specific psychological disorders and difficulties with day-to-day functioning (e.g., neuropsychological, psychoeducational). We also conduct evaluations of otherwise normally functioning individuals (e.g., custody, parenting, vocational).
A comprehensive psychological assessment is occasionally sought by individuals, but more often on behalf of an individual by family members, lawyers, case managers, etc.
