Psychological Therapy
Psychological therapy is for those individuals who desire to deeply examine and change patterns of emotions, attitudes and behaviors. People struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional difficulties may benefit from psychotherapy. Some difficulties fall under a particular psychological disorder (e.g., Panic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder), whereas others may simply represent problems in daily life.
Our psychologists provide psychotherapy based on current research, in order to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment available. We primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, and Other Problems. However, we also use other techniques that have been shown to be effective in the treatment of psychological problems. Some of these methods include Mindfulness, Constructive Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
